Ingun USA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d).
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries through various channels. A strong understanding and ability to navigate both CRM and ERP systems is essential for success in this position.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of test equipment solutions and make a significant impact on our continued growth. 
 

Your tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, order status, and company policies
  • Process credit card orders/ sales orders, invoices, quotes, returns and vendor set up efficiently and accurately within the ERP or CRM system
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments
  • Create and maintain customer data and interactions within the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs, proactively offering solutions and building rapport
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Your skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the electronics industry, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and SAP)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
