We are looking for a Customer Service and Administration Manager.

Your tasks

  • Handle customer RFQs, quotations, and order processing for customers in Southeast Asia
  • Place orders for necessary materials with INGUN’s headquarters in Germany and track shipments
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order-related issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order status
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order updates, inquiries, and after-sales support
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and to support business growth
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for customer orders when needed
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to manage invoicing and payment processing
  • Assist in improving internal customer service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Your skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and order processing workflows
  • Good understanding of international trade terms and processes, including import/export regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Thai are a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or technical industries is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and customers
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a regional and global team
