Your tasks
- Design and develop probe-based or clamp-based contact systems for battery cell formation, charging, and testing process
- Prototype and test product designs to ensure performance specifications are met
- Definition and coordination of test methods and customer-specific performance tests according to the application requirements
- Liaise with manufacturing to ensure scalable production
- Update product designs based on feedback and revised requirements
- Collaborate with quality assurance and customers to ensure products meet industry standards
Your skills
- Extensive experience with probe-based and clamp-based contact systems for battery cells
- Proficient in CAD and simulation software
- Competent in design, assembly, and manufacturing methods of micro-mechanical parts
- Sound knowledge of the calculation and measurement of electrical current distributions, electro-magnetic fields and heat dissipations within and between solid bodies
- Experience with surface finishing technologies
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential
