Your tasks

Design and develop probe-based or clamp-based contact systems for battery cell formation, charging, and testing process
Prototype and test product designs to ensure performance specifications are met
Definition and coordination of test methods and customer-specific performance tests according to the application requirements
Liaise with manufacturing to ensure scalable production
Update product designs based on feedback and revised requirements
Collaborate with quality assurance and customers to ensure products meet industry standards

Your skills

Extensive experience with probe-based and clamp-based contact systems for battery cells
Proficient in CAD and simulation software
Competent in design, assembly, and manufacturing methods of micro-mechanical parts
Sound knowledge of the calculation and measurement of electrical current distributions, electro-magnetic fields and heat dissipations within and between solid bodies
Experience with surface finishing technologies
Advanced problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential
