We are currently looking for an IT Administrator – ERP (Dynamics 365). The position is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, security, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our Vietnam site and international locations. The role focuses on supporting production and warehouse processes, maintaining system access and compliance, managing master data and integrations, coordinating updates, and testing, and providing user enablement and documentation for both local and international users.

Your tasks:

1) Run & Support (L2/L3)

  • Own incident management and request fulfillment for D365 modules used in Vietnam: Warehouse Management, Production floor execution & Time/Attendance, Sales, Pricing/Trade Agreements, and Finance month-end operations. Provide fixes/workarounds, document knowledge articles, and escalate to implementation partner as needed.
  • Support production processes executed in Vietnam, including order lifecycle, reporting as finished, and status “Ended” checks with material/time reconciliation in Time & Attendance.
  • Guide end users on Sales Order management, returns/credit notes, and customer data standards used for APAC subsidiaries.

2) Security, Access & Compliance

  • Administer D365 security roles, duties and privileges per INGUN’s security requirements; implement role reviews and SoD controls with HQ Finance/IT.
  • Coordinate user provisioning and role assignment workflows aligned with your User Manuals (HR > create user, assign roles/organizations).
  • Ensure licensing assignments and usage align with Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide practices; track license counts and changes during rollouts. 

3) Master Data & Integrations

  • Support Product and Customer master data quality and flows (e.g., ProAlpha product imports, released local products to Salesforce via Dataverse, customer sync), including daily monitoring of Azure Logic Apps/Azure Functions orchestrations, retries, and error handling. 

4) One Version Updates & Testing

  • Coordinate One Version update readiness: organize regression test cycles with key users (VN + HQ), maintain test cases in Azure DevOps, and lead smoke tests post deployment; work with partner HSO during hyper care. 

5) Enablement & Documentation

  • Localize and continuously improve User Manuals for Vietnam/APAC (WMS, Production, Sales, Finance); deliver bite size trainings and refreshers aligned with current manuals.
  • Run adoption sessions for Warehouse App and PFE, coach super users, and collect feedback for configuration improvements.

Your qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years hands on in D365 Finance & Operations application support across Supply Chain, Production, Sales, and Finance in a manufacturing context.
  • Deep knowledge of:
    - Warehouse Management (inbound, put away, picking, load confirmation; mobile scanning), Production Floor Execution & Time/Attendance, and Finance operations (posting profiles, AR/AP, cash/bank, month end). 
    - Sales flows (quotes → orders, returns/credit notes, price/trade agreement setup).
  • Experience with security role administration and access reviews in D365.
  • Comfortable with Azure DevOps for work items/test cases and with Logic Apps/Azure Functions/ODATA for interface monitoring (no coding required, but able to read logs and collaborate with engineers).
  • Strong documentation and training skills; able to maintain and extend local user manuals.
  • Languages: Vietnamese and English (written/spoken); German is a plus.
