As we are opening a new factory in Vietnam (located in Minh Duc Industrial Park, My Hao, Hung Yen), we are looking for Logistics Administrator who ensure compliant execution of import / export related activities and provide complete information and documentation for logistics and customs activi-ties.
Your tasks
· Provide customs declaration for import / export activities
· Generate supporting documentation for export (e.g., Certificate of Origin, packing lists, invoices)
· Place shipping orders with transport providers
· Clarify shipping details for inbound and outbound shipments with relevant stakeholders (e.g. transport providers, suppliers, customers)
· Manage document shipments
· Generate delivery paperwork (e.g. packing slip, delivery notes)
· Perform ERP booking of goods receipt for inbound shipments
· Manage invoice clearance tasks for forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation
· Support the Logistics Operator with day-to-day operational tasks related to imports, exports, and inventory movement
Your skills
· Affinity to regulatory compliance required
· Commercial training required
· Customs expertise required
· Familiarity with ERP / MRP systems required
· English language skill required
· Experience working in an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE) is considered an advantage
