Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the Logistics Coordinator located in Fort Mill, USA.
Your tasks:
- Receiving: all deliveries (import, domestic), unpacking and inspection of all receiving goods, complaint process
- Shipping: export shipment process, communication with freight forwarder (DHL, FedEX, UPS…), shipping analysis, sample and demo management
- Inventory management: maintain up-to-date inventory, control quantities, physical inventory counting
- Purchasing: office and warehouse supplies, monthly commission log
Your skills:
- Experience in logistics is beneficial
- Able to use hand tools safely and properly
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), general computer-skills
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Detail-focused and accountable
- Reliable and adaptable
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Spanish and/or German is beneficial but not a must
- Experience in MS Dynamics and Salesforce is beneficial but not a must
