We are seeking a versatile and systems-minded Project Manager to lead key initiatives across sales, operations, and supply chain functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bridging the gap between process, people, and technology.

Your tasks:

Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, time-to-market, and cost effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics to identify and resolve process inefficiencies across the quote-to-cash cycle.
Step in to perform CS, Logistics, or Supply Chain tasks as needed to support business continuity.
Manage and maintain ERP and CRM systems—supporting user configuration, workflow setup, training, and data health.
Own the system upkeep for ERP (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365) and CRM (Salesforce), ensuring alignment with business needs.
Conduct regular data audits and lead cleanup initiatives for inventory, purchasing, customer records, and reporting structures.
Serve as a liaison to global ERP/CRM stakeholders, contributing to system evolution, best practices, and process consistency.
Use business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and inform continuous improvement.
Support inventory optimization, supplier coordination, and purchasing workflows to reduce excess stock and lead times.
Document and update standard operating procedures to improve consistency, scalability, and onboarding.
Provide project status reporting and present operational insights to leadership teams.
Perform data analytics across all aspects of the business to drive insights and improvements.
Act as office manager, managing building supplies, equipment, and other office-related needs.

Your skills:

3–6+ years of experience in customer service, project management, operations, or supply chain in a manufacturing, industrial, or electronics-related field.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred).
Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to drive improvements in cost, efficiency, or lead time.
Comfortable coordinating across sales, operations, and engineering functions.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with global teams or cross-regional systems is a plus.
