  • Conduct regular data audits and lead cleanup initiatives for inventory, purchasing, customer records, and reporting structures.

  • Perform data analytics across all aspects of the business to drive insights and improvements.
  • Act as office manager, managing building supplies, equipment, and other office-related needs.

Your skills:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in customer service, project management, operations, or supply chain in a manufacturing, industrial, or electronics-related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to drive improvements in cost, efficiency, or lead time.
  • Comfortable coordinating across sales, operations, and engineering functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global teams or cross-regional systems is a plus.

What we offer:
