As we continue to expand our production operations at our factory in Minh Duc Industrial Park, Duong Hao Town, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, we are looking for 01 Quality System Specialist. The main aim of this position is the establishment and ongoing maintenance of an ISO 9001-compliant quality management system, including structured inspections, documented processes, root cause analysis, and support for continuous improvement in daily operations.

Your tasks

Establishment, implementation, and maintenance of an ISO 9001-compliant quality management system.
Documentation, maintenance, and continuous updating of QM processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensuring the ISO-compliant implementation of all quality-relevant processes in daily operations.
Planning, conducting, and following up on internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001.
Supporting and coordinating external audits (e.g. certification audits and customer audits).
Definition, monitoring, and tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
Conducting root cause analysis in the event of deviations and customer complaints.
Monitoring and analysis of quality KPIs (e.g. quality costs, scrap rates, sorting times).
Ensuring complete, accurate, and audit-proof quality documentation.
Coordination and alignment with interfacing departments.
Supporting and promoting continuous improvement activities.
Raising awareness of, and supporting employees regarding, quality requirements and QM processes.
Conducting supplier audits.

Your skills

Very good technical understanding and in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001.
Solid understanding of the structure, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a quality management system.
Experience in process and QM documentation.
Knowledge of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Basic understanding of production, inspection, and administrative processes.
Qualification as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (training/certification).
Ability to plan audits, including audit programs and audit plans.
Confident execution of internal audits.
Documentation of audit findings, deviations, and non-conformities.
Following up on and evaluating effectiveness checks.
Professional interaction with audit partners at all organizational levels.
Confident presence during internal and external audits.
8D reporting, the 5 Whys method, Ishikawa, etc.
Operating conventional and optical measuring equipment.
Reading technical drawings, general tolerances, etc.
Written and spoken English.
Working with ERP and CAQ systems.
Outgoing and friendly manner
