Quality Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Processing complaints, including root cause analysis
- Blocking and releasing goods
- Organizing replacement shipments and handling goods returns
- Initiating and implementing process optimizations
- Evaluating the validity of complaints
- Determining complaint-related costs
- Managing measuring equipment in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- Contributing to the creation of quality documentation
- Preparing monthly quality reports
- Coordinating with CS APAC HUB and HQ departments
- Describing machine-related problems
- Participating in CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) workshops
- Supporting the optimization of assembly processes
- Recording inspection characteristics during production
- Supporting the further development of the INcontrol app
- Assisting in defining test criteria for incoming goods inspection
Your skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience handling small precision parts (must-have)
- Strong technical understanding
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (must-have)
- Participation in internal and external audit preparations
- Familiarity with 8D reporting and the 5 Whys method
- Experience operating conventional and optical measuring equip-ment
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret general tolerances
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience working with ERP and CAQ systems
- Outgoing and friendly personality
