Sales Coordinator India (m/f/d)

We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the Sales Coordinator located in Chennai, India.

Your tasks:

Communication with national (if necessary international) customers (in writing and by telephone)
Customer service and information of the customers regarding the product portfolio of test probes and test fixture parts
First level customer support for example on consulting for alternative product solutions
Creation and tracking of quotations
Creation of internal Purchase Orders
Close cooperation with Headquarter
Processing of customer orders and follow up on payments
Coordination of special deliveries at the customers’ requests
Maintain customer portals
Preparing weekly reports (booking and billing)
Processing of complaints

Your skills:

University degree or diploma in mechanical or electronical engineering or similar
2-3 years of working experience in similar position
Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems (preferred SAP)
Ability to work in a team
High customer focus with ability to empathize with others
Excellent interpersonal skills
Eye for details and ability to work with numbers
Good problem solving skills
Ability to work in a structured manner
Good knowledge in English (oral and written)
