We are currently looking for a Finance Intern at INGUN Vietnam, our subsidiary located in Minh Duc Industrial Park, Duong Hao Town, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam. The Finance Intern shall be guided and trained in performing administrative tasks and simple finance/accounting duties. This is a valuable opportunity for fresh students to experience an international working environment and build a solid foundation for their future career in finance and accounting.

Your tasks:

1) Document control and filing

  • Receive and check the completeness of payment documents from other functions in accordance with the checklist provided by the FBP; arrange documents by payment deadline to align with the payment schedule.
  • Scan documents and save them to the designated shared folder for the payment process.
  • Collect and prepare supporting documents as requested by the bank for overseas payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements with supporting documents and file paid documents in proper order.
  • Scan contracts, save them in the designated folder, and update and maintain the master file in a timely manner to ensure proper monitoring of contract deadlines.

2) Fixed Asset control support

  • Label assets using the list and labels provided monthly by the FBP.
  • Take pictures of fixed assets and upload them to the ERP system.

3) Simple reporting – prepare for FBP review

  • Prepare a monthly report on the status of overseas loan drawdowns and payments.
  • Prepare periodical reports for submission to authorities, deliver the signed reports, and obtain submission acknowledgements when required (without the need for FBP to be present).

4) Other tasks

  • Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the FBP, based on capability and willingness.

Your skills:

  • Fresh graduate or undergraduate majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; able to read and understand key accounting and finance terminologies in English (reading only)
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to a full-time internship (40 hours/week), from October 2025 to March 2026
  • Detail-oriented, careful, hard-working, honest, and trustworthy
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative in a team environment
